TJ Gaspers General My guess, as the bridge had no catwalk, its a place to get out of the way of a train... Our tunnel in Tunnel City has notches cut into the wall for the same thing... I have also seen barrels of water on platforms like that for putting out a bridge fire... 1/24/2013 9:26:10 PM
